but the real question for me to post again was: aren't the catacombes from paris the heterotopia per se?

"networks are fundamentally spatial phenomena". As we can say in fench, our research is a "mise en abîme" of the inner network concept, as we map the network of spatial phenomenas creators ;)

also while talking to a friend he confronted me with his philosophical scepticism about using "fresh" terms like network.
maybe there is no network. even the text says it. so what are we looking at?
maybe this is also what struggled me all the time while i was trying to find out what to do here in berlin, whom to ask, what kind of interconnections to follow.
can we get closer to heterotopolis while the abstract? what meaning do power relations have in our context? what is empowerment in a non-developmental perspective?
as i will be offline from the end of this week, i need to prepare a roundmail to all the acteurs that i've found in the last times since experimentdays!

Networks are tribes. Communities. Friends and families. They do exist even if it's not that pleasant. Because network means "élite". Network means outsiders. There's no network when there's no outsiders, it can stand in my sheme of life. But are we talking about us, about our thoughts, or describing the world we can see, we can hear, we can feel?
